A Queensland woman has managed to avoid a costly court battle by successfully evicting squatters who had moved into her property three months ago when she was interstate dealing with a family crisis.
Kaylene MacDonald was shocked to return from her trip to find a family living in her Gold Coast home and refusing to leave.
It started when Ms MacDonald's eldest daughter, Sharni, invited boyfriend, Kyle Newble, to stay with her.
